went swimming with my cousin ytd.
was supposed to meet at 10.
but was pushed back cuz my cousin had ose personal matters.
though it was swimming for a short while like less than an hour,
but i feel accomplished!!
hahahas cuz this is my first serious exercise ever since i stepped into SMU!

wonder if my fats will go away due to this swimming session.
swimming is the best way to exercise,
cuz can train stamina and also not sweat.
hehe
so much more enjoyable then running=D
cant wait for the swimming session next wed agn!=D
went to have subway for lunch after swimming and then i went back to sch
for briefing.
crap i haf to stay overnight in sch on friday for the race on sat.
blah blah blah.
i dun wanna stay ober night,
but no choice, if i knew i had to stay over, i would probably not join.
